This is a shaker card. However, I didn't put enough shaker bits in. Usually I use too many. These all stuck to the side. I may take of the top panel and make an attempt to fix it. Any clue as to how to get the sequins to NOT stick to the sides? At least the pink and yellow clouds turned out nice.
