Bunny

This is the back of the envelope and the card.

It's not an actual open up card but a note card. Yes, I know that doesn't make sense but I can't find the correct word to describe it. It's an announcement for the parents to fill out and display and then they can put it in the baby's memory book.
This is the front of the envelope.

I find that people get a little skittish when they have to write the baby's information on the note card so I like to send a note telling the parents if they make a mistake it won't take long  for me to make a new note card.

  2. What a sweet treasure for new parents. And to think that something you made will get tucked into a baby book forever to be passed down from generation to generation. Love, Bunny.
