About Me

Hey, y'all. I’m Bunny. Thank you for visiting my blog. I’ve been making cards for a few years. Copic markers are my favorite medium. I'm no expert but I have fun. I love getting together with other card makers to create and share ideas. The one thing I tell others who are starting paper crafting is....it's only paper. If you mess up or don't like it, recycle it. It should always be fun. If it really makes you mad, then throw the dadgummed thing in the garbage.

Bunny

Last year I was making snowflakes using various Copic colors and using the Copic Various Ink blending solution. I have a sponge dauber on top but I wanted to use a rag to give it some texture so I took the top off and just set the dauber back on  top without screwing it back on. Needless to say when I went to use it again I was expecting the dauber on the top to put out a small amount of solution. When it came out like a gusher I was shocked. I mopped up what spilled on the floor and my clothes. I sat there and looked at what a mess and a waste. Then I decided I'd snap a picture and save it for the big fat card boo boo at Darnell's even though it didn't even make it to the card phase. It went straight to the garbage. Forget the recycle. It was too wet.  Below is what the snowflake turned out to look like when I finished. One day I'll enter it into challenges.  If you have a boo boo you'd like to share there are only a few days left to enter at djkardkreations

  5. Oh, my dear, what a SHOCK that was! I could just feel myself in your position, just sitting there for a second like, did this just happen? Blink. Blink. Yup, this just happened!! Thank you for snapping your photo and saving this to share in the Boo-Boo Hop! You've done a PDA, too, cuz we will all think twice about just sitting tops on tops of bottoms without making sure they are secure! Hugs, Darnell

  7. 1st off I love the card, very pretty! And I feel your pain on the Boo BOO issue. I had a similar one at Christmas time with a stamp cleaner dauber top bottle....was cleaning off my stamp right next to my project and I gave the bottle a little squeeze, so I thought, and off popped the dauber top and cleaner gushed out all over everything....So it was a not use-able. It happens to all of us at one time or another, hazards of our craft, I guess, LOL.
